“Wonderful place to stay in Black Mountain! Our family of three really enjoyed the cottage and the outdoor sitting area. It is immaculate and includes everything you need. Very easy access to downtown and to the highway for local adventures. Interesting modern design - the high ceiling makes it feel bigger than it is. Gorgeous landscaping. Bear sightings! ”

“This house is perfect for a week in the mountains! The only issue we encountered was an accidental water shut off by the city, but the hosts worked with us to navigate the issue and it was corrected fairly quickly! We look forward to booking this house again!”

“We had to travel to Black Mountain for work but wanted a location that was not just a hotel as we needed to stay 10 days and wanted to feel more “at home”. This property worked great! Plenty of space, beautiful scenery, well-equipped kitchen, and close to where we needed to be. Will definitely look at this property again if we need to come back to Black Mountain/Montreat.”

“Can’t beat the proximity to Black Mountain and 40. The house exceeded expectations in terms of space and was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and glassware. The guest book might need some updating (ie. hot tub directions) but was overall appreciated for its helpfulness and local suggestions. Great stay!”
