“This property is located perfectly for walking to everything downtown. Short drive to Biltmore and outlets. There was noise from the street but that was to be expected staying downtown. Accommodations were very clean and check in was easy. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The condo fit four adults very comfortably. The location was ideal for walking around downtown Asheville. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely return. The only drawback was that only one phone provides entry into the building. It made having separate plans within our group a bit difficult. ”

“Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and……

The condo was great and very comfortable with lots of conveniences, and the secured garage parking space was appreciated. A very short drive to the Biltmore. Had a great time enjoying Asheville!”

“I was skeptical at first due to the scams that go on these days. Highly recommend. Great walking distance to pretty much everything. Wonderful communication with the staff of this booking. The condo was very safe and required passcodes for everything. It was overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend this location. I will for sure book again. ”

“This property is very clean and located centrally (walking distance) to all of the main broadway street. We had the unfortunate luck of staying here during hurricane Helene! The city was without power and water as well as all roads closed for a few days in and out of Asheville. Our host checked on us daily and shared food and water. He was very gracious and thoughtful! We will return to Asheville and hopefully this property in the future but will heed weather forecasts prior!!”
