“Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. Very well equipped kitchen for meals but why cook when fabulous restaurants are steps away. Located in the building with the Kimpton affording the use of their amenities including gym, spa, morning coffee bar, evening wine tasting. Very pet friendly building.
