“Stayed for a long weekend. Property is as advertised. It was nice to have access to the private beach, swimming hole, and fishing spots. Power went out due to a storm on the first morning. The property manager and owner were responsive and helpful in working with the power company to get the problem fixed.”

“My buddy and I get our families together every few years. We decided to try out Lake Lure this year. The Lake Lure Oasis in the Woods was the perfect place! We had 11 guests to include 4 adults and 7 kids from 3 to 16 years of age. Chris’ place was plenty spacious for us and very clean. Chris was very responsive. Upon arrival, we realized the microwave wasn’t working and Chris had a replacement brought to the house the same day. If you have a large family or friend group this place would be……

“The house/cabin was perfect for our stay. As in the area for work, the fully equipped kitchen was nice to make dinner versus eating out every night. Didn’t have a toaster for breakfast, but toasted our bagels in the broiler instead. Would recommend to anyone who needs a getaway in a peaceful setting. ”
