“This was an absolute excellent experience. The property was exactly as displayed and communicated. Not only was it set with all the items needed (coffee maker, pots, pans, seasonings, nice place for pets) but it was well organized and quiet. I was prepping for my dad’s 80th birthday and this was the perfect location to distress and unwind once the festivities were concluded. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable place to stay. Also my boyfriend was thrilled to run the hills. Yes you read that……

“We’ve been renting vacation homes for 40 years. This was hands down the cleanest!Also, this was the first time I didn’t regret not bringing my own knives. A nice selection of sharp knives and a knife sharpener are almost unheard of in rental properties. Additionally, the bedding was comfortable, the water was super hot, the covered deck was private, and the fenced backyard provided a worry-free place for our dogs to hang.The location is secluded enough that we sited a bear and wild turkey, yet……

“Gorgeous place. ‘Garden’ doesn’t do it justice the Botanical Garden nearby wasn’t any prettier than what Mary has done with her amazing property. So private and peaceful and quiet. Yet convenient to everything fun, including breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe in West Asheville. Mary is a gracious host and if you show interest in her garden you might wind up with something sweet to take home to yours. The room and bed and bathroom are beautifully and comfortably appointed. We will return!”

“This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for our group. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and provided plenty of room for hanging out. The dining room was also fairly large and had a nice table where we were able to gather and play games. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the foosball table as well.Plenty of seating in the living room for our group of 8.The house was very clean upon arrival.
