“Our family of five, all adults, and furry members enjoyed the location, quietness, hot tub and visiting the Black Mountain Sourwood Festival. The location of the property is great. The drive up rocky driveway with some ruts was like an added theme ride, but do-able. The cabin itself is very roomy and for our short stay was very nice. ”

As indicated in the title of the property listing, the location is fantastic. We wanted to explore both downtown Black Mountain as well as Montreat, and this property is perfectly situated for that. “This home we so comfortable! The outside landscaping needed some work, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, stocked with anything we’d need, and so cozy. We drove into town, which took no time, and were around the best restaurants! We want to come back for sure. Just a note for those with littles, the 3rd bedroom upstairs handles three beds, which is great, but there is no door at the bottom or top of the stairs. Had to keep an eye on our toddler. Everyone loved this……

“I enjoyed our stay very much. The only negative is the parking is very tight. I had read reviews so I was aware of this before our stay. We were a short drive to downtown. It was very comfortable and inviting. I would highly recommend the Lazoom tours.”
