“Matt is an exceptional host and all around great guy. The house is in a great location -- close to everything but in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood (a little too close to Jeremiah's Italian Ice which we ended up visiting several times!) Our small pup could not have been happier and we really felt like it was a home away from home. We would definitely stay again.”

“It is a spacious studio with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The shower is amazing and parking was safe and convenient. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and quiet. The only issue we had upon our arrival was a problem with gaining access to the unit via the keyless entry door lock. Luckily, the owner's arrived right on time to help us get in. They were very friendly and helpful as the issue was resolved. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.”

The most striking thing is how warm and comfortable it feels once you are inside. Convenient location for everything there is to see and do in Ashville. Jason, the owner is very good at communicating with you and tries to accommodate all your requests. The additional space serving as an office with a wonderful day bed was a pleasant surprise.
