“The location of this property is fantastic. We explored the nature refuge, historic Smithville, and Atlantic City. The drives to each were easy and within 25 minutes. Before checking out we walked the well maintained trails along the lake. The only issue was the bugs. (Expected during the summer - check for ticks.)The rental was clean and comfortable. “We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, a 5 min walk to the beach and easy to walk (about 15 min) or drive to the boardwalk. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor shower was great for kids to rinse off the sand. The house is older, has a small bathroom and no dishwasher; but we anticipated all of this. ”
