“Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Room is clean and big enough.Location is convenient at Queens Quarter, and takes 15 min - 20 min walk to City Centre. ”

“Great base for university quarter, botanic gardens and Ulster Museum visit. Free parking zone. Room smaller than expected but perfectly adequate for one night (room 2). Comfy enough bed and modernised facility. Taps loose in bathroom. Polite, considerate neighbours a must due to layout. ”

“Easy check in other than the card scanner wasn’t working at the time but the staff came and helped us! Also no elevator lots of stairs if your staying on top floor like us ! So if you have lots of baggage and aren’t young and able to lift it up may be something to take into consideration. Rooms were spotless, beds comfortable, set with everything you need.. free water bottles, a couple snacks, toiletries… 10/10! Only complaint is the room gets pretty hot and opening the window/ turning on the……

“The House Hotel is a quirky, small boutique hotel attached to a restaurant/nightclub. We were slightly taken aback at the rundown appearance of the main areas and hallways, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything is painted a very, very dark grey (hallways and room itself) which do not do any favours to your sense of safety. Considering that this hotel was extremely expensive compared to others we stayed in around Ireland, I would have expected a higher quality……

“The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”
