“The shower floor was extremely slippery with no grab bars and a glass door. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Love this resort. We had one little issue and talked to the front desk. They couldn’t fix the issue so they upgraded us to a different room. They were so on top of it all and just wonderful. There is lots to do in the area and lots to explore. Just one side note, the beds do need updating. They are not really comfortable but I have slept on worse. We had to sleep in separate beds as they sank in the middle and we had to fight our way out of the middle. But don’t let this stop you from……

“Great cabin. What I liked the most is kids playroom with variety of toys, kept out 4 and 2 yo entertained for the entire stay. Separate game room kept our teenagers entertained as well. Interior design is very modern and stylish. Location is just perfect, 5 minutes to Costco, Wallmart, Target. Close to Brainerd, Nisswa and Gull lake ( 20 min drive). ”

From start to finish, the communication with the team was outstanding. They were super friendly, responsive and genuinely accommodating. The resort itself is stunning. The grounds and facilities are immaculate, with a chic, modern aesthetic seamlessly blended into a beautiful natural lakeside setting. Our cabin was gorgeous,……
