“Staff was extremely accommodating once we got there. There seems to have been miscommunication before arrival, for arranging things such as gondola passes and shuttle services. “Misplacing the bookings”. Once I expressed my frustration they did seem to get the matter resolved. The shuttle service driver Jacob was absolutely amazing. Was available the second we called, and made our experience amazing! Dealing with 14 bachelorette party ladies was definitely a tall task!Deserves a raise for sure!”

“great big room with a lot of space. loved being next to hiking trails. outdoor area with grills and firepits was great. My daughter said the mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable.”

I would recommend a stay here to anyone considering it! Will check it out again if we make another trip to Grand Marais. ”
