“We have stayed here several times. We stay in one of the condos. Staff is always friendly. The room is clean. The beds are comfortable. We don't ski but enjoy the hiking trails. Its a great place to stay to explore the North Shore. The outdoor hot tub is fabulous! The views are amazing! We will stay again. ”

“The cabin was very cozy and clean. Even though we have two large dogs it was still the perfect size for us. The location was great since I was taking a 3 day course at the North House Folk School. Everything that you need in the kitchen. Bed was super comfortable. We will definitely return. Very dog friendly.”

“We were very pleased with this property - it had such wonderful charm, plenty of space, perfect location for walking to everything in town, it was very clean, and had a view of the lake. I would recommend a stay here to anyone considering it! Will check it out again if we make another trip to Grand Marais. ”

“We travel frequently and have stayed in all kinds of hotels-fancy to basic. This is a great little hotel that is convenient to everything downtown without having to get in the car. The room is very clean, extremely quiet and we had a nice view of the lake. We don't eat breakfast, so we don't usually care if there's breakfast available. My only complaint is that it's difficult to control the temperature in the room and AC can get a little noisy at night. Otherwise, fantastic stay, especially……
