“It’s hard to rate the property on a few of these because it was under heavy construction and it was not advertised. So the front desk was relocated, the restaurant was closed and we had an extra long walk to our room with my handicapped spouse.. The shuttle drivers were both EXCELLENT. All employees were very friendly. ”

“Every time we have a business trip to Minneapolis, this is always our 1st choice. The location is great which is close to the airport and it is just next to Mall of America where we can eat various types of food and do some shopping. ”

“I liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and ready to help all the time. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. She also made sure that our luggage is being taken care off till we come back on the last day of our stay. I would definitely like to stay here in the future.”

“This was my worst hotel stay. I was initially assigned to room 419. When I entered, it smelled like urine and I couldn't check in. Then I asked the front desk to change me to room 611. OMG, there were bed bugs when I slept at night. I was full of bed bug bites. I was so itchy that I asked the front desk to change my room. It was so bad. I probably won’t stay in that hotel again after my first stay. ”
