“The hotel is well maintained & very beautiful. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, and the linens very soft. Parking is free & in a garage attached to the hotel. The food in the Scarlet restaurant was delicious. After dinner we walked around downtown Red Wing & along the waterfront. Red Wing is a pretty town.”

“Spacious room! We were on the 2nd and worried about noise from the street but we heard nothing. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Lots of storage space and comfortable couch. Beds were comfortable, as well. Had a modern look with clean lines. ”

Breakfast was only granola bars, which felt disappointing, and the place feels dated in ways that aren’t entirely charming. It’s fine if you want the landmark experience, but I’m not sure what justifies the cost.”

“This place has great culture! We ended up in a middle room so no windows but 2 doors. The kids thought it was great. Super close to the Lift Bridge and the Lake Walk. Great restaurants attached and nearby. Room was HUGE and very clean. ”
