“We love the area and had a good time. The facility is run down smells a bit.”

“Overall we enjoyed our quick one night stay! Hotel room sermed mostly clean and well stocked. We didn't have any issue with noise from surrounding rooms even though we had a connecting room (the other room may have been empty though). We could hear kids running up and down the hall quite a bit but thats to be expected in a place like this. Waterpark was fun, but crowded. Definitely not enough chairs/tables for people, especially with families taking up multiple tables per group. Our only real……

“I travel for work and the quality of the bed is a huge component along with the customer service aspect. Check in was lovely. Great front desk service. The room was lovely with two queen size beds. However, in one of the Queen beds, there were food particles. Depending on how management addresses this concern brought to their attention just before I was about to retire will determine my future patronage to this facility. ”

“Some lights were not functional and their TV remote was difficult to navigate otherwise everything was fine for a standard room. Thank you.”

“Hotel was nice, loved the pool and pool seating area. Tristan was great during check in. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival there were feces on the toilet bowl and stains on the shower curtain. Food from the restaurant was great!”
