While Louisville let us down a bit with a closed Museum in the Historic District we were wanting to see, the crazy cost of downtown parking and lack of activities during the week, our hotel Concierge, Curtis made up for it with his helpful suggestions, his winning charm that made us feel at home, his going the extra mile in dropping us off and picking us up when we needed it after an evening downtown. “Very comfortable bed and great shower. Quiet room. Terrific location walking distance to many places downtown. Would be a five star but for absence of good workspace in room (no desk). Not an issue for non-business travel, but if you need to work in the room, there is not a good comfortable place to do so.”
