“We've stayed a half dozen times or more in the past few years, and never had anything bad to say about any aspect of our stay. Same for this visit. Better than ever, staff interaction and communication from airport transportation to check in, housekeeping, breakfast, towels, drinks at the bar, food at the restaurant, all well above our expectations. We introduced some friends to IB this year and we can guarantee another visit. Great job, and keep up the good work.”

“Staff were amazing! Rooms are quaint, small and simple. If you want 5 star this may not be a good option. The bar/restaurant is pretty cool. You can also walk to everything you need. Beds are comfy, shower has hot water, and again staff are top notch! The owners are wonderful and always helpimg staff and greeting guests. Amazing folks! The location is perfect. I will be back to Roatan and Splash Inn.”

“the staff at Paradise Hotel were friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was family friendly I went with my twelve year daughter and she had fun playing in the pool with other children. There was different entertainment at dinner each night. We really enjoyed the Garifuna people dancing punta that was our favorite. Two things they need to improve. When taking a shower hot water runs out immediately and there was no dresser in the room to store clothes.”

“We had a few things wrong with our room at check in. They also asked for $16 more for a fee they said Expedia didn't pay. Our coffee pot was broken. Our safe was broken. The whole room needs some TLC. Over all our stay was very nice. They could use a place to sit in all the rooms . Ours had no chairs. We had to drag the rocking chairs in every night to sit on other than the bed. They did a fantastic job of cleaning and food was delicious. They did bring me another coffee pot and had to give us a……
