Better than ever, staff interaction and communication from airport transportation to check in, housekeeping, breakfast, towels, drinks at the bar, food at the restaurant, all well above our expectations. “I have stayed hundreds of places all around the world and this place is definitely top 3. To start Cheryl ( guest services manager) reached out to me directly to help me get a ride from the airport. She was kind enough to reach out via WhatsApp since I had my emails on DND while I travel. The property its self was gorgeous. It’s like you’re sleeping in the jungle. We stayed in the Flowers lodge which was a first floor ocean view. It gave us a breathe taking view of the ocean from our bed. The……

“I loved my room with a view of the ocean! I enjoyed hanging out at the pool, swimming from the hotel over to Ginger’s, and snorkeling in half Moon Bay.The Lands End staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the location and the easy walk to the West End. I had a great vacation!”

“バンガローに泊まりました。部屋、プール、その他施設は清潔で、快適でした。ネットの写真よりとてもきれいでした。ウエストエンドの中心地まで歩いて5分。喧騒から離れて、静かに過ごせました。ホテル周辺および、町の治安はとてもよく、夜間に歩いても危険は感じませんでした。マネージャーは親切で、責任感を持って施設を管理していました。ドライヤーと電気ポッドがあれば、さらに助かりました。電子レンジはフロントに1台あります。水は、共用エリアの給水機にて無料で汲めます。無料の朝食はパンとベーコンと卵のワンプレートのものです。ジュース、水、コーヒーはセルフで汲めます。バンガローには、セーフティーボックス、エアコン、冷蔵庫（製氷機付き)が完備されています。シャワーはお湯になるまで1分ほどかかります。空港からのホテルまでの送迎の手配も事前にメールで依頼しました。到着ゲートの出口で待っていてくれて、スムーズでした。帰りも希望の出発時間をフロントで伝えたところ、時間通りに送ってくれました。利用を検討している方がいれば、とてもおすすめできるホテルです。”
