“The property is as described with no surprises. The house was clean and comfortable. We comfortably slept 10 folks and I took the pull out sleeper chair...which was not comfortable but good enough! The hot water ran out quickly with only one other person showering before me. But other than that, it was flawless. Thank you for sharing your home!”

“Spacious home and great back door space. The master bathroom is very nice and a large shower. The back yard and back patio were our favorite spots to hang out!”

“We enjoyed the updated home on the inside, the backyard was not fenced and you didn’t have any privacy, especially with little kids could run off into the neighbors yard, the rooms felt hot even with the ac cranked to 70 and fans on high, the next door neighbors had about 10 cars in their yard and parked on the street which was not appealing to the eye almost makes you feel uncomfortable, the area is not the best to be honest, there’s not a decent grocery store nearby they have a target , but……

“This is a grand home overlooking Sarasota Bay. We enjoyed watching waterfowl in the morning on the oyster beds when the tide was out, and glorious sunsets over the bay in the evening. The home is best suited for adults who enjoy peace and quiet as it is situated in a quiet neighborhood. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay!”
