“The staff the evening I showed up was extremely helpful. I was traveling with my son and we were having credit card issues. She waited patiently while I contacted the bank and sorted out the issues. Took me a half hour and that didn’t rattle her at all. Thank you for an extremely pleasant experience. Very best, Rich and Dylan”

“I booked what I thought was a hotel room with free breakfast but was told booked a condo and had to pay 10 if I wanted breakfast. Turns out a condo is a hotel room with 2 beds and a frig and microwave in the bathroom. If you needed extra soap, TP, Kleenex or fresh towels or your room cleaned there was a charge really!!! only saving grace was the bar located behind the property. The location was good and the pool nice. As fir customer service poor as i waited and waited and waited to ask……

“Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that.”

“We liked the room. It was clean and very reasonable for the price. The live music was done by 10pm and great view of the water. Definitely a nice little getaway. ”

“I grew up in this area and passed this location often and never considered it. When visiting, I thought I would. There are two things that make this area -- 1) The location -- if you want to get to a lot of things, this puts you in the middle - Sarasota, Bradenton, etc. 2) The small waterfront is super charming -- there are some picnic tables, grab some take out and eat it by the water. As far as the room goes -- it was lovely. It is a condo at the hotel. It did not look like the picture, but it……
