“The owners are amazing! They were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. They shared the best places to visit, offered to use their bikes to explore the neighborhood…even printed documents for us when we asked for help! The property is clean, well-equipped, private! We enjoyed grilling on the charming backyard. The place has comfortable mattress. We are grateful for the wonderful experience and hospitality! Highly recommend…and we will be back!”

“Stayed in LaJolla on Gravilla st from 16-21 March (6 days 5 nights). Very charming pet friendly one bedroom with sofa, full kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available on the street and one dedicated spot in an alley behind the house (tight but manageable as we only used it once for several hours. Construction was going on farther down the street but still managed to park nearly in front of where we were at every time (we got lucky I guess lol). Things we did while we were there: Toured the……

“The location makes this place worth it, no question. It's just up the hill from Windansea Beach, so you can dart down to stroll, scramble over the rocks, set out your towel or watch pelicans. It is small (*really* small on rainy days!) and the kitchen fixings are very basic. The neighborhood has largely kept its charm, but there is lots of new construction (which, alas, could be loud.) Really glad we chose this overall.”
