“The experience was terrible, with tons of random extra fees, including a mandatory destination fee of $30 per day. ( A nightly resort fee of $33.84 has already been charged. ) During check-out, I was just a bit confused and asked the front desk why this fee was charged since it wasn’t mentioned during check-in or listed on the Expedia invoice. “Beautiful property located across the street from a beach access point- walking distance to a few restaurants, our VERY favorite Italian restaurant Piatti - EXCELLENT!! We mostly used Lyft to get around. Kitchen well stocked- Keurig machine. No ice maker- ice trays. Pool is large hot tub with jets- very great!! Very relaxing and private. Beach is nice walk from one end to the other. Comfortable beds- no chest of drawers for clothes- just hang them up- plenty of hangers. Toe-locks on sliding……

“This was a family vacation with my wife and me, our three grown children and their spouses/significant other. We also had our 2 grandchildren ages 3 and 5. Everyone including the children loved this house. There are fabulous views from all three levels. The area is popular with swimmers, kayakers, and SUPs. Small sharks often swim in the water right in front of the house!The bedrooms all have very nice bathrooms.The location is great! There is even a path along the water to walk down to the cove……
