The whole accommodation, from my stunning King Deluxe Balcony Room to the guest lounge and courtyard, was perfect, and all the staff friendly and helpful. “Location is perfect across the street from the Harbor, and very close to Main Street. We parked in front of our room and walked everywhere. The hotel is old but well kept, extremely clean. The grout in the bathroom is sparkling white. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again without question.”

“There are no full time staff onsite. The hotel across the street manages it, so if need something they come across the street. For example, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were missing in the shower, so I contacted them through the One Key app and they quickly responded and came over to put in the missing bottles. Room is rather small with no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker, as these are all located in the nice and spacious common room downstairs. OK selection of TV channels,……

“We were going to Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. We decided to come down a day early and stay in Falmouth. The Iris looked nice online and had an indoor pool (important to my wife). The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the lobby was impressive. The pool made my wife very happy and gym had the equipment I needed. The biggest surprise was the free continental breakfast. We expected coffee, pastries, bagels, maybe yogurt and granola. In addition to that,……
