“Excelente estadía 10/10”

“We had a great time just hanging on the back deck. We were a group of adults from Massachusetts that were there for our friend’s wedding so we were not there for a typical Cape weekend. I chose it for the deck and the outdoor shower and neither disappointed. The house is exactly as described and all felt the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect for activities in that area. The nature path at the end of the cul de sac was a bonus. ”

“What an amazing home on John's pond. We had a warm week for the end of June and the pond was warm enough for everyone to swim. We got out on our kayaks (we brought our own but there were plenty there to use) and the paddleboards (on property) several times a day. The kids went from the pond to the indoor pool. They swam for hours. The house was comfortable for everyone to stay for the week. There is a shower and hose outside, but these hadn't been turned on yet for our stay. Awesome……

“We loved this house so much the first time we stayed at it three years ago that we booked it again for our annual Cape trip, and once again, it did not disappoint! The house itself is beautiful, incredibly spacious with lots of furniture and rooms to hang out in, the beds are very comfy, and the top-floor deck is still our favorite part of the whole house. The location is great, with the beautiful private beach right across the street, Mashpee Commons super close for great shopping and dining,……
