“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”

They have numerous recommendations across the entire Cape area for everything from food to shopping to activities. They know all about all the events going on, are super friendly and very helpful. “This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Surprisingly when wiping down everything with lysol I noticed that it was clean. Staff were super sweethearts from check in to check out. ”

“We had a great stay , nothings perfect but they do a great job overall. Some of these reviews can't be accurate. The cleaning manager stopped what he was doing and apologized to us for vacuuming , because some of the guest are clearly dramatic ! The front desk checked us in earlier than technically they even had to which we appreciated very much. We clean our room, are considerate of other guest and even take out our own trash but that's just us. Maybe if guest that stay there take into……
