“The room we had was very spacious. It however might pose a challenge for people who have mobility issues as there are several sets of stairs and no elevator access to certain rooms. ”

“The Ross is a small hotel right in town. The rooms are a little dated, but well maintained. Room 205 overlooks a cemetery, which may be an issue for some. The included breakfast is sit down with some delicious hot options (I.e. omelets, Irish Breakfast, etc). The bar around the corner, Paddy Sheehan’s had awesome live musical performances. There’s also a large/nicer gift shop nearby, Christy’s. The hotel itself has a bar downstairs, Polly’s. They had a decent selection of top shelf……

“The Castlerosse Park Resort is a beautiful resort nestled in the middle of Killarney national park. My husband and I and our two children spent two nights and the accommodations were perfect as they even had a rollaway bed set up for my son the resort offers bike rentals, which were perfect to ride all the different bike trails around Killarney, some as to which even led you into the main street of downtown and to close tourist sites like Ross Castle and Mike Ross Abbey. “The home is clean and comfortable. The host was lovely. There are no amenities (no breakfast) and the walk to town is considerable (and a rather large hill!). But, it was an excellent place to lay our weary heads. Check in and checkout were simple. ”

“Hotel was just outside of town, we paid 10-13 euro to go downtown. They have a restaurant/pub onsite. We were looking for quiet nights so this hotel was perfect. ”

“Close to city center and have a very nice church opposite to it. The breakfast is awesome and the room is neat and tidy. Though it is a little bit dark. If you are expecting a hot shower , sorry it may disappointed you. The water pressure may not be satisfying you. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Herbert House!! We were looking for a convenient, walkable location that was also quiet as we have a toddler. This place delivered!! We easily walked to downtown and restaurants but also enjoyed breakfast on site every morning. The family who runs this home is very sweet and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. For example the crib for our toddler was all set up and was a nice, cozy cot! Easy parking and a great place to come back to after we……
