“The room was hot. I turned on the AC all the way down to 60 but it wouldn’t kick on. Sometime in the middle of the night it finally kicked on. ”

“Stay was great until i went to the lobby to check out and retrieve my vehicle from valet. There were what appeared to be 2 employees working the front desk. However only one was helping a customer, as i stood there with my bags for over 10 minutes the other employee avoided eye contact and never once asked if she could help me. So i thought she was perhaps busy doing something i could not see. Then a gentleman came down to the lobby and she promptly helped him. I spoke up and said excuse me,……
