“Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again.”

“Good location! Right in front of Plaza Mayor. Horrible service, if there is any! The front desk is so ignorant and careless about the request from the guests. I have to move my luggage in and out of the check room and limited information provided about the city. Very bad service at front desk! Besides, the hotel has bad sound proof system, you can hear everything from corridor. Not recommended!”

“room is clean ,comfort, and big, but my room's window cant close, also noisy. tv signal is very unstable, so no use. Other things are good. near shopping plaza and supermarket is great.”
