The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. “Two couples shared this condo for the 2025 BIG Basketball Tourney held in Indy. The location was fantastic and this condo is sized perfectly for 2 couples. The condo was clean and minimally stocked with supplies. Desperately in need of a dining room table and chairs. Could use more silverware and kitchen supplies. Really need to explain garage access to renters before they arrive: unload your stuff at front door and temp park car on street. Take your stuff up and get fob from kitchen and then go……

“My daughter got married at the Indy Art Center which was just steps from this condo! All the bridesmaids and bride got ready here and walked over to the venue. It’s easy walking distance to lots of restaurants in Broad Ripple. We even walked to Cholita’s for the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. It couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo itself was clean and had plenty of room for us all! Ludo was very responsive and check-in and check-out instructions were very easy to follow!……

“The location of the condo was excellent, easy to access and great options around it. The second you open the door you are greeted with low budget furniture and decor, but what you notice first is the smell. Wow does that place have a smell! I honestly couldn’t describe what the smell is besides horrible and overpowering. We chose to continue our stay because relocating when we were only using it for a place to sleep seemed like a big hassle. Once you’re inside, you do adjust and stop……

“This was a great place to stay. Close enough to downtown to either scooter or Uber in for convenience. The place was spacious and clean. The pizza place downstairs was great food and good beer. I would recommend this place! ”
