“We in Indy froM Rchmond for a motorcycle ride so mostly needed a place to sleep and relax before and after the event. Even booked an extra night so we didn't have to travel home after riding all day. This loft fit the bill perfectly. The parking was good. The neighborhood was quiet. The accommodations were comfortable and the whirlpool tub was perfect after.riding all day. I would definitely book again for the next time I need.to spend a weekend in Indy.”

“The only reason I’m giving this property a 4 star review, is b/c in the middle of our stay, an AC maintenance man had to come for routine maintenance. The property owner did ask the morning of if it was ok, and I said yes b/c I understand things get scheduled, but I saw the message at 9:45am and the guy was there at 10:15am. While we could have stayed on site, we decided that would be awkward and we would have just had to hang out upstairs, so we just drove around instead. It was just……

“The house was super cute and clean. A little short on amenities like no dressers for clothes, no hangers no power strips (it’s an old house so not many places to plug in electronics) BUT!!! I did mention these to the home owner and they were super acknowledging of the suggestions. They were so easy to reach through messaging and when I asked for late check out they were more than happy to work with us. This house is so charming and close to EVERYTHING. When I rented some friends from Indy said……

“This house was simple but comfortable. It provided everything we needed and Josiah was a good host. The neighborhood was modest and quiet. The location was super close to the natatorium (only 6-7 minutes). Young rose bushes have been planted around the house and fence. I'm sure it will be pretty later this spring.”

“We had a wonderful stay here! The barn was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and we loved the check in booklet with all of the information. We enjoyed learning about the farm and animals. It was so much fun getting to watch the animals eat and move around each day, especially Sam the llama. We also enjoyed holding the baby goats. We felt right at home and the farm comes highly recommended. ”

“Very tidy, very nice duplex. Made use of the hot tub, deck and grill. Propane tanks were available for the grill and fire pit. The queen over queen bunks were nice and spacious. Lots of room for the 6 of us. ”

“It was perfect for my nieces! They enjoyed so long overdue time together while in town for their cousin's wedding.They had fun curling up on the couch and watching a movie one night which they had not done in many years!They enjoyed some local activities and restaurants too! Perfect place to be able to hang out together while enjoying the Fishers/Carmel area. ”

“A friend and I attended a virtual conference and decided to stay here so we could focus. It was perfect! Nestled in the words, surrounded by trees and birds and nice and quiet. Wonderful morning walks along the Monon trail. Broad Ripple is super cute and only a short walk away. The only issue was that something in the house (didn’t have it when I left the house) triggered allergies for both of us, so we ended up buying anti-histamines and then were ok. ”
