“So we had checked into the red lion there AC in the hall motel was not working and my husband passed out and ended up in ICU. I called the Alamo talked with Carrie when we got to the Alamo she had went above and beyond she had a room ready and waiting for us early and she had the AC on and running in our room for my husband, even though he didn’t get to enjoy it because he was in ICU, but her thoughtfulness was above and beyond and had also reached out and said anybody else in our party because……

“Nicest Fairfield I’ve stayed in. Water park was a hit with the kids after being in the car all day. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in years - waffles and bacon were perfect. ”

“I had a short stay. Bed was comfy. Staff was great. I can’t comment on the surrounding area as I arrived late and in rain. I was able to park right in front of the room. I would stay again!”
