“This is my favorite hotel in Gillette!! I've lived it for years. My only issue is their climate control. They need to do something about the a/c because we couldn't figure out how to get it to work properly, or we did and it just wasn't working well. Either way, we were really warm in our room.”

“I'm 64 and have a bad knee. When I arrived I was told the elevator was out. My room was on the second floor. I had to walk up and down the stairs with a bad knee. I was told that the elevator had been out for some time. It would have been nice if the website had posted this news, I would have stayed somewhere else.”

“Was a nice place and clean. Every day they clean the rooms. The Receptionist was very kind. I don't remember her name but the weekdays say shift lady has a 5+ stars in service. The breakfast was good. Waffle machine available, coffee, milk, cereal, variety of bread, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, and sausages. I really enjoyed my time there. Is a quiet calm place. 100% recommended ”
