“The hotel front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the breakfast was delicious. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose to stay here again.”

“Most of the stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The part that was not so great was the check in. The gentleman be hind the desk was not friendly at all. He didn't even stand up to great us. He seemed upset that the card I reserved the room under had previously been cancelled due to a fraued issue that I had.”

“Host was very pleasant. There is no elevator in the motel; unusual as it has three floors. Reasonably priced for our overnight stay. Walls between rooms allow too much noise from next room. Overall very acceptable.”

“Was a nice place and clean. Every day they clean the rooms. The Receptionist was very kind. I don't remember her name but the weekdays say shift lady has a 5+ stars in service. The breakfast was good. Waffle machine available, coffee, milk, cereal, variety of bread, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, and sausages. I really enjoyed my time there. Is a quiet calm place. 100% recommended ”

“This is my favorite hotel in Gillette!! I've lived it for years. My only issue is their climate control. They need to do something about the a/c because we couldn't figure out how to get it to work properly, or we did and it just wasn't working well. Either way, we were really warm in our room.”

“My wife and I stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Gillette for a one-night trip. The room was clean, had nice amenities (fridge, cooktop, desk, large tv, etc.) but was a bit of an awkward layout. Maintenance hadn't been kept up with minor dings/scratches all over and even a small hole where the backup door lock had contacted a door. Overall staff was nice (though not many spoke English) and the continental breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable and overall I would recommend. Price was……

“The motel was nice. We did end up on the top floor and with a soccer tournament in town, the one elevator took a very long time. It was so busy and also the housekeeping used it. I couldn't use the stairs that many times with a bad knee. The room was very clean. We have stayed here before and had a very nice stay. ”
