“We were there for five nights. The first room the tub was stopped up.The tub retained the dirty water as you showered There was also hair on the floor and tub. The internet was up and down all night. It was streaming tv…. So no tv. They had no handyman on staff for the weekend, so we had to move rooms. We asked to get a refund for the remaining 4 nights. They moved our room. The toilet seat in the new room was awful. The toilet was elongated, with a round seat…the bottom of toilet was also……

“Most of the stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The part that was not so great was the check in. The gentleman be hind the desk was not friendly at all. He didn't even stand up to great us. He seemed upset that the card I reserved the room under had previously been cancelled due to a fraued issue that I had.”

“The hotel front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the breakfast was delicious. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose to stay here again.”

“So we had checked into the red lion there AC in the hall motel was not working and my husband passed out and ended up in ICU. I called the Alamo talked with Carrie when we got to the Alamo she had went above and beyond she had a room ready and waiting for us early and she had the AC on and running in our room for my husband, even though he didn’t get to enjoy it because he was in ICU, but her thoughtfulness was above and beyond and had also reached out and said anybody else in our party because……
