“This is a great rental if you have a group that needs 2 to 3 beds. There are three bedrooms. There were extra towels, which I appreciate and things for the most part were very clean. The few things that need to repair, the management company said they would be over to fix shortly. This was a great place to rent to get up to Broadway and the music and the other activities of Nashville.”

“I stayed at this VRBO for a week while in town for school and it was a great home base. The unit was just as described—cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s about 15 miles from Nashville International Airport, around 7 miles from Broadway, and located in an area with plenty of restaurants and conveniences. There’s a Target right across the street and a Kroger grocery store just down the road, which made grabbing essentials super easy.Finding the correct building might be tricky if you don’t……

We had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The landscaping is perfect and the snowball bush brought back wonderful memories of my Aunt’s garden with one that I loved as a child. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this house. ”
