“Wonderful to stay here again this year. Condo is well appointed and spacious. Great location next to huge park and just a short walk to the beach. Weather was unusually cold half the time, but we found fun beach alternatives in the area. Owner was responsive in resolving pool heater breakdown. ”

“Everything went very smoothly for our stay in our Bella Vista condo. Code for door was provided before we arrived and everything that we needed for our stay, linens, kitchen items, beach chairs and towels was provided for. The condo sits on the edge of Carlin park which has a great walking trail and tennis and pickleball courts. The beach is only a 10 minute walk across Carlin park.The only item that could be added to make the stay here even better would be a binder which explained where the……

“This was an absolutely lovely stay in an amazing location. The property was exactly as listed and we felt comfortable to enjoy a weekend away without the kids here. The location was fantastic. Plenty of delicious food options close by, and a VERY short drive to all the popular restaurants. We could have easily brought our bikes and used that as our main transportation. The unit is located right next to a lovely park that includes a 2mile walking track with fun little workout stations.……
