“paying this price can stay more more better hotel. so disappointed”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“I liked the convenience of the property. Easy access to all areas in Bellagio. The apartment was clean and roomie. Loved the balconies. The only thing disappointing was no room service with clean towels everyday, and the property grasses were quite overgrown. But even with that, I would recommend the property since it was so convenient, and a nice quiet area.”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”
