“Great lake view. Very helpful staff. Superb location near Villa Carlotta and the mid-lake pier. The food at the restaurant was excellent.The only down-side was that on checking out at 6 am we had to use the emergency exit.”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“Espectacular!!! Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como. Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús. Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera. Me hubiera gustado pasar más días ahí, sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y cuando regrese al Lago me hospedaré de nuevo con……

“This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!”

“Fantastic hotel in a great location. Very quiet (and crucially away from the noisy main road), but still close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Feels more authentic and local than touristy Bellagio. The staff are all incredible - so friendly, chatty and welcoming. We loved our stay.”
