“Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!”

“Our second visit to this fabulous hotel and its very quickly becoming my favourite in Manchester. The staff are so welcoming and go above and beyond. This time was my daughters birthday they left her a message a treats from the hotel in our room. Every detail in the room is excellent. "This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."
