“I Had planned a wonderful hiking trip with two of my friends. Unfortunately I had an injury shortly before the trip and was unable to hike. We enjoyed the Roxbury at Stratton falls to the fullest. The staff was nothing less than a accommodating and friendly. They gave us tips on things to do and told us places to visit such as the rail trail Express and the world's largest Kaleidoscope. We took advantage of those options and had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend going .

“The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider……
“I had a very nice stay at the Phoenicia Lodge. I needed a nice quiet place to relax prior to my first "hard" hike. The best part of my stay was the genuine friendliness of the owner. She was like someone you have known forever and was very welcoming!”
“The room was very clean and well appointed with a fridge and microwave. Great tv selections for watching tv at night. There's a beautiful stream in the back of the property and you can enjoy coffee, fruit or cereal out on the patio in front of your room. There's a short drive to Prattsville Diner and Jim's All American supermarket. ”
“Stayed in Village suite 1. Clean, simple apartment with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining table for 6. Clean, heated, worked well for a family ski trip over a weekend. ”
“The property is really old and requires renovation. Bathroom has cracks all around and enamel in the bathtub is damaged. It was really difficult to get the hot water setting and water was luke warm. The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment. Would not stay there again. Couch is old, the batteries in the tv remote control were old making……
