“This was the cutest property to stay at! It was cozy, cute, and had everything you need! There was a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, a mini stove top burner, and all kitchen utensils! The owners were the absolute sweetest! They were absolutely fantastic hosts, and have the cutest little dogs that greet you. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. I cannot get over how wonderful our stay was!”

“We wanted to find a reasonably priced place within 10 minutes of downtown Flagstaff and this place was perfect. Neat as a pin, with all the essentials including an awesome bed. Communication was great. Grocery store and gas station within a 1/4 mile. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The property was as advertised: spacious and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware (even a rolling pin!). The refrigerator was clean and had plenty of room for groceries. “My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Beaver House! It was clean and quiet. The huge backyard was a wonderful place to sit and soak in the beautiful flagstaff scenery! The Beaver house had everything we needed during our stay, including a full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot and even a washer and dryer if necessary. Highly recommend staying for the weekend or longer if you can!”
