“First, Joey was very friendly and a great communicator. We never had to wait for a response to our inquiries. The property was great (we even had our own private garage). It was well stocked with the basics and Joey was quick to respond if we did run out of something. It was centrally located tor the activities we had planned. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in Flagstaff.”

“We stayed here for a short trip for our son's birthday for Bearizona. The house is in great shape and well furnished. Perfect for our family of four. We don't need anything extravagant and it worked out great. We even walked with our three year old and baby down to main Street for dinner one night and it wasn't bad at all. Highly recommend ”

“I visited with my husband, adult daughter, and our dog. We were comfortable in Todd’s place, which is cute if a bit rough around the edges. The location is on a quiet street, but not the most aesthetic block. It’s in a very nice residential neighborhood with adjacent apartment building. Todd has all the basics covered and is a prompt and helpful communicator. The stay would be fine for a couple, but the only bathroom is in the master suite, so any additional guests have to go through the master……

“Nice house and neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. We did have a lot of adults, and the main living room just did not accommodate all of us very well because the two couches fit only five people and we had seven. The kitchen table was also too small for our large group. It was clean. Just a note that the main room on the first floor does not have a shower. It was super nice to have the snow removed during our stay in April! And the heat wasn't working, but after communication,……

“The house was immaculate & nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans & dishware. The backyard was large & well maintained. The fence was need of repair but kept an eye on my dogs just to be sure they didn’t get out or anything There was extra linens and stuff. The house location was easy to find and close to downtown Thank you for a lovely stay”

“Great property, pictures don’t do it justice. Kids, younger and teens, had an absolute blast. ”

“All of us were very impressed with how clean and comfortable this place was at its price point. For a group of 4 or less I don’t know if you could do better in Flagstaff. Nice TV, great kitchen, comfortable beds and is pet friendly what more could you ask for. Joy was responsive to our emails and we had no problems with anything. We don’t get up here a lot but we hope this place is available when we do.”

“We rented this house for a weekend birthday celebration with a group of friends, and it was fantastic! The photos don't quite capture just how spacious, beautiful, and clean the house is in person. There was more than enough room for our group of 10, and the kitchen was thoughtfully labeled, making it easy to find everything – a nice extra touch.The location was perfect with easy access to Flagstaff's attractions.The only thing to take note of is that the Uber/Lyft drop-off point was about half……

“This was a super cute and funky space. It looked like it was made out of an old shipping container. The location was great, a stones throw from NAUs north campus. Kitchen was well stocked, although we only stayed one night and really just slept there. Furniture was comfortable and linens were clean. The shower was interesting and water pressure was incredibly low so my least favorite part was the shower. However, everything else was great. Easy check in, parking included, and easy to find.
