“I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but my recent two stays were the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The arrogant attitude displayed at the front desk seems to be a direct result of poor hotel management training. I requested towels and hotel supplies, but after several hours, no one came to fulfill the request. I also reported a malfunctioning fire alarm due to the constant sound, but again, no one responded. Every request I made from the room took hours to be addressed. When I asked……

“Convenient to the shopping mall and dining place. Enough car parking.”

“It's a comfortable suit hotel which like a miniature home of ours. We have continued to be staying here over 14 days. We will continuously live in this hotel about 2-3 days. ”

“Front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us (despite the fact that we had mistakenly booked our room for the following weekend….. doh!!!!). This is our 4th time staying here and it’s been on-point each and every time. Would highly recommend 👍”
