“Looks like they were doing some renovations in the hotel. And personally, i had begin to get sick and had to leave hotel (3am) to go find some medicines (at a gas station). Did not get much sleep that night (but not at the hotels fault, just a head cold)”

“This was our 2nd stay at the property, and it did not disappoint. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. While the distance to downtown was just under a mile we did walk it one evening for dinner and it's not a bad walk for someone who's in shape. We also find the location a great spot for heading out to the surrounding areas for adventures and sightseeing as the traffic is lighter near the inn. ”

“Wonderful property decorated and cared for with love. Lori & Ginny were wonderful hosts who share the history of the area and property which was so interesting. It was spotless and the bed and housing very comfortable and spacious….and the breakfast was amazing! A real treasure for sure!”

“We loved the location, ease of checking in. and larger than average rooms! The beds were comfy. This place reminded us of the quaint small towns of the past that we all picture when we think of coastal Maine. It’s an older location but is very well taken care of. We liked the option of an inside pool, but were unable to utilize it since we only stayed one night.”

“ Really enjoyed this quaint cottage. We didn't stay very long but will definitely be staying here if we come this way again. Was so cute and the decor was just so cute. Loved the record player for sure even though we didn't have time to use it. Just a really, really nice place to stay.”

“The property is fabulous, but I found out that Expedia charged us $60 above the rate we would’ve been charged had I just called the hotel directly. They completely misled us. So do stay here, but don’t use Expedia to book it. We will return in the future and booked directly with the hotel. Also, the hotel delivers breakfast in the morning and it’s delicious! Highly recommend.”

“Clean, caring, cozy, welcoming and delightful with amazing and delicious 3 course breakfast served in a lovely dining room. The room are vey Victorian and adorable with every amenity.
