“Overall experience was solid. The suite was reasonably priced, including breakfast. The staff was friendly. Check in lobby was on the 11th floor, not an issue, just different. Pros: -Perfect location in Gulch, walking distance to everything in the area. Cons: -Parking not included. Parking is available, but not associated with the hotel. We used valet with the local private company & $60.00 per day.”

“We stayed at the Fraye for a concert. We loved the decor and comfort. It is located near restaurants and the are seems very safe. ”

“This hotel was an easy walk to Vanderbilt and the staff was super helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean, however, I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room.”

“The pool area was delightful. I stayed here for a week and it was great to be a scooters ride away from downtown. ”

“The breakfast was much nicer than most hotels include. The omelets took a while but were made to order. They offered mounds of crisp bacon near the omelet station. Those not wanting to wait for an omelet to be prepared had plenty of other options in the buffet line such as eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, etc to choose from. The happy hour was free each evening ( if you wanted upgraded offerings, they charge $4 per drink to your room) which was a nice touch not to have to spend $25 at a……

“Our room was clean. We were a little concerned with finding a small bug in the bed, on the lamp shade, and one in the bathroom. The housekeeper changed the sheets for us and we did not see any after that. Kaitlin was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions when we checked in ”

“Very clean. Oddly, towels kept in bedroom closet so I had to call about them. Closet has no light so I didn't see towels which were on side shelving. Minor issue but probably better to keep towels in the bathroom. ”
