“Magic villa Benidorm, advertised kids entertainment that’s why we booked it, but there was no entertainment on what so ever. Breakfast was poor, hotel is very, very dated but very clean…. Windows in room do not lock so noise outside kept us awake at night, Overall we enjoyed our break but would never go back to this hotel.”

“We’ve stayed at this property multiple times before the ‘upgrade’. The location is excellent, the apartments are a great size and have a fantastic cafe bar underneath (locally owned). The upgrade is much fresher than it was, however, not like the pictures the quality of the finish is poor. Lovely comfortable apartments though. Falsely advertised the use of the Dynastic facilities, this was blamed on expedia and resolution solved with Dynastic hotel. Receptionists came across as rude, but perhaps……
