“Had an amazing experience from arrival. Reception staff were amazing and super friendly and professional. The hotel is in a fabulous location, close to both the old town and the strip. Also short walk to the beach. Pool area also amazing and personally no hassle with sunbeds (although usual type of typical brits putting towels out then disappearing for hours).”

“Lovely hotel. Room was clean, and air con a god send. Food was good, lots of options. Lady in dining room was so nice, always smiling and friendly (Marie)a great asset to the hotel. Only 3 lifts, so is a pain at times as only small too. Pool, well a non starter, queuing at 9.30 for 10am opening, couldn’t be bothered, although we managed to get a sunbed one day. Beds around us had towels on but were empty all the day we were there(10 till 3.30) went to beach rest of the holiday. Just a heads up……

“Pros: best staff, Ana, Randy and Jorge at reception were amazing. They were profs, courteous and pleasant. They made us feel at home the two weeks we stayed there. The hotel was awesome. It was clean, walkable to shopping, dining and sites, lobby was gorgeous. Our Jr Suite was very beautiful and practical facing the beach (room 315), breakfast buffet was Good morning. Restaurant on 5th floor was nice but limited menu. Music entertainment on fridays by Rymbenidorm was the best of all hotels shows……

“A hidden gem in Benidorm! An excellent boutique hotel located in the old-town area, tucked away from the crowds. Rooms are large, stylish, clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine and fridge. Bathrooms are also stylish with good showers. The lobby area has some seating, as does the rooftop area, offering wonderful views and even a jacuzzi. It’s called a Gastrohotel and for good reason, the food is exceptional! I booked half-board and would strongly recommend you do too. The……
