“A nice villa. Although it is not a new villa, it is well maintained. The manager and the owner of villa are friendly. Staying in this villa makes me feel relaxing. It is closed to Jimbaran breach and the restaurants.”

“The hotel is an old hotel with best location on the beach. It was a family trip with two toddlers, we were staying at the cottage suite. Love the restaurant - good food with best view possible, Love the pool - big and kids friendly, The room is a bit outdated, and you could find spiders, gecko, and ants in the room, it's not their fault, they were there before humans are, but i am a bit frighten. ”

“Amazing service on the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staffs are super friendly with great attitude and smiles. We requested quite a number of times with additional services including extra water, towel, others yet staffs continued to be very attentive and kind. Highly recommended and live up to it's 5 stars reputation!”

“員工服務親切有禮, 住宿距離國際離境大樓入口只需步行約2分鐘, 對於要趕早機的我非常方便, 由於國際航班需要3小時前處理登機, check in 完行李還可以回酒店房間休息多一會才回機場, 非常滿意今次住宿 還有酒店4樓Roof Top Bar晚上有歌手表演, 時間許可的話不要錯過, 餐牌跟2樓餐廳是一樣的”

“The only thing that was very frustrating was when we arrived to the airport we’re looking for the airport shuttle to find out they didn’t have one. They said we have to schedule it and also have to pay for it. Means it’s not offered like it states on Expedia. We had to pay 200,000. The hotel it self is really nice expect my blackout curtains wouldn’t close all the way and people across from our room could see in. The staff is amazing very sweet, kind, and professional. The shower pressure is……

“酒店的設計很美，不可以用單反拍照，但是checkin時才知道，要拍的話，要付1000多元...無奈 房間復古設計，但真的是復古到連電插面也不夠..淋浴設備水壓很弱，而且時冷時熱.. 晚上1點房外保安人員談天房間清晰聽到，早上8時spa在進行清拆工程，超強澡音，睡不了.. 房間蟲子也很多，早上還發現床上有蟲子死屍，身上也有被蟲咬.. 還有房間沒有熱水器，要到餐廳拿... 我在峇里住了4間酒店，這間真的是太差了，酒店職員連看到您也不多理會您，價錢也不值，職員態度也不好”

“There is a mosque near by with loudspeakers. The rooms are fairly soundproof between rooms, but the doors can be heard opening & closing at all hours as the 20-30 yr olds mingle. Bright stylish rooms but the old wood around the communal kitchen sink lets one know that maintenance isn’t a priority. The pool is in front and smaller than pictured. Lots of lounging seats in the lobby and pool area. Staff are super helpful with luggage up & down stairs. Because it’s so close to the airport, grab cars……
