“The hotel is an old hotel with best location on the beach. It was a family trip with two toddlers, we were staying at the cottage suite. Love the restaurant - good food with best view possible, Love the pool - big and kids friendly, The room is a bit outdated, and you could find spiders, gecko, and ants in the room, it's not their fault, they were there before humans are, but i am a bit frighten. ”

“Amazing service on the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staffs are super friendly with great attitude and smiles. We requested quite a number of times with additional services including extra water, towel, others yet staffs continued to be very attentive and kind. Highly recommended and live up to it's 5 stars reputation!”

“Notre séjour d’une nuit était très bien. Chambre propre et grande. Climatisation chambre 212 pas vraiment très froide mais convenable. Nous avons eu un petit déjeuné excellent ! J’aimerai mettre en avant l’accueil que nous avons eu, Madame UMI était très souriante et très gentille avec nous.”

“Good location, close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. The only caveat is the shuttle can only carry up to 3 passengers plus the luggage (depending on how much you have). We were traveling with a larger group with more luggage so we were a little concerned once told about the transportation restrictions just before our flight. But, the staff kindly helped us book a cab to transport the remainder of the guests and our luggage and we all arrived to the airport safely and on time. The……

“酒店的設計很美，不可以用單反拍照，但是checkin時才知道，要拍的話，要付1000多元...無奈 房間復古設計，但真的是復古到連電插面也不夠..淋浴設備水壓很弱，而且時冷時熱.. 晚上1點房外保安人員談天房間清晰聽到，早上8時spa在進行清拆工程，超強澡音，睡不了.. 房間蟲子也很多，早上還發現床上有蟲子死屍，身上也有被蟲咬.. 還有房間沒有熱水器，要到餐廳拿... 我在峇里住了4間酒店，這間真的是太差了，酒店職員連看到您也不多理會您，價錢也不值，職員態度也不好”

“房間:5| 服務:5| 地點:5 房間:乾靜整齊，有牙刷牙膏浴帽沐浴洗髮乳 附近的活動:緊鄰機場，有機場接駁車整點發車，非常方便。 安全性:房內有保險箱。 步行友善程度:離機場步行約10-15分鐘，但白天很熱….走起來非常痛苦的。 餐飲地點:附早餐，其餘時間可另點餐點（付費），飯店附近有多家便利商店、小吃店。 重要須知:有機場接駁（來回），可以很好利用，不曬太陽。有what’s app 可以詢問任何事情。這次剛好遇到我的外套遺落在外島，對方寄回來，用what’s app請飯店幫我先代收，checkin時再領回。 飯店特色:緊鄰機場，有機場接駁車。”

“It's not a bad property - it's just not real convenient to the beach. Also, no fridge or safe. In addition, my room happened to be a connecting room, and a lot of noise came through from the family in the room next door. But the restaurant is fairly decent.”
