“We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us. We had a friend join us for a couple of nights and he actually arrived first - I emailed his number to them and they met him at the villa and checked him in first. Great service. “We stayed for just one night after coming from the Nusa Islands, with an early flight the next morning. You can never go wrong with a Marriott stay, and this one was no exception. The location is excellent — very close to the airport, with plenty of great restaurants and massage places within walking distance. We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport. While I had hoped they would provide complimentary transport (as mentioned on their website), the drivers were only available……
