“What a great place to stay! Perfect spot for a weekend in Fayetteville within walking distance to all the great spots on Dickson. ”

“The property was very convenient to the campus (easy walk), restaurants and a very short drive to the grocery store. It was very clean and I felt better than what the pictures showed. During our stay there was some construction that made entry/exit a bit confusing but I’m sure that will be resolved soon and isn’t the fault of the property managers.”

“The property manager was very communicative prior to the stay and responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. The property is exactly as described and was very clean. Yes, it has a smell as others noted but this was just a camping outdoorsy smell that one can expect when staying in a cabin. I found that once we ran the AC for a bit the smell was gone. Overall would recommend and would stay again! ”

“Lovely studio apartment, well appointed, nicely decorated, and with a gracious host. The location is terrific: walkable to the square, Dickson Street, numerous restaurants and shops. A couple of nice restaurant choices right downstairs in the same building. Free parking garage nearby. The washer-dryer and full kitchen are very convenient. Queen bed was comfy; the beautiful teal blue velvet couch was long enough for my 6'1" husband to completely stretch out for a nap, so it's an option for……
