“Parking was nice. I called downstairs for a new coffemaker (one in the room didn't work) around 7:30am. I checked out at noon and never got it. The coffee shop in the lobby doesn't open until 7am. That's late for people who have to be somewhere early like my daughter did. The guy who checked us in was nice. There was an odd smell in the room, but the bed was comfortable and the tv worked well. ”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. “Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”
