“For us the location and having a kitchen made the stay worth it for us! The washer and dryer was a nice surprise.Having said that, the pictures are not reflective of the current state of the property. It could use a real good cleaning. The rugs need to be cleaned or replaced.The flooring is either weak at the floor joints or maybe rotting over by the dining table and there are a few tiles that are loose and broken in the kitchen and bathroom. A chair leg broke through the rotting floor. A……

“The apartment was perfect for our family! It was comfortable and inviting, with private space for us and our two teen boys, excellent shower pressure, and a clean and cozy environment. There were tons of shops and restaurants right outside the door, including a drugstore and a grocery store, and easy access to the ubahn (about a 10 minute walk). We had lovely meals and found some really nice cocktail bars. There was even a late night ice cream stall across the street!”

Vielleicht sollte man einen Zusatz machen,das sich die Wohnung im 3.Stockwerk befindet,denn wenn nicht mein Sohn mit dem Enkel dort gewohnt hätte,sondern mein Mann und ich,hätten wir ein Problem gehabt, mein Mann ist pflegebedürftig. “Diese Wohnung ist für Outdoor Aktivitäten bestens geeignet! Sowohl Sport auf dem Wasser, Radfahren, Naturbeobachtung oder die viele Kultur in der Umgebung- es sind perfekte Gegebenheiten! Die Einrichtung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und übertrifft alles, was ich bisher hatte. Die komplett eingerichtete Küche hat den Aufenthalt perfektioniert, obwohl sich in der Nachbarschaft ein sehr gutes Restaurant befindet. Das Bad ist geräumig, Wohnzimmer gemütlich eingerichtet und das Schlafzimmer……
